    I have to say, one of the funniest outtakes was one we unfortunately could not find and likely recorded over.

    We were talking about the Sunland Derby and Jon says: “Joel, this has become an important Derby prep race down there in Texas, hasn’t it?”

    I honestly tried to salvage the show by nonchalantly saying: “Well Jon, it might as well be Texas since it’s just across the El Paso border into New Mexico.”
