(March 27, 2013)—With a best last-out Beyer Speed figure of 89, 3-year-old filly Could Be the Trouble and promising Omega Star, who faced top sophomores in the Grade II San Felipe Stakes on March 9, head a field of twelve 3-year-old California-breds set to contest Saturday’s $200,000 Echo Eddie Stakes at 6 ½ furlongs.

Could Be Trouble, an impressive maiden $30,000 claiming winner going 5 ½ furlongs on Feb. 18, was subsequently purchased privately and made her first start for trainer Peter Miller in a starter allowance race going 6 ½ furlongs on March 15.
