NHC Tour prize money increases 25 percent

The National Thoroughbred Racing Association has announced the rules for the 2015 NHC Tour. Overall prize money for the Tour has been increased 25 percent to $250,000 total. Of that total, $50,000 will be awarded at the conclusion of the first half of the Tour season -- $10,000 to each of the top five in the standings. The winners of the remaining $175,000 will be determined at the end of the year, with $75,000 going to the leader. The Tour winner will also receive an automatic berth to the 2017 National Handicapping Championship. Read More...
